The Smoky Mountain Grip & Lighting Company (established 2003)
The Smoky Mountain Grip & Lighting Company is a television production equipment rental house serving East Tennessee and surrounding areas from two locations: Knoxville and Chattanooga, TN. Our service area includes Johnson City, TN; Asheville, NC; Huntsville, AL; Nashville, TN; and Atlanta, GA.
Our grip department has everything you would expect from a rental house, and our lighting inventory includes all the latest technology from the standard vendors: ARRI, Mole-Richardson, Kino Flo, Lite Panels, and Quasar Science. We will provide all you need to run a professional, efficient production at a reasonable cost.
Our camera department, Smoky Mountain Cameras, boasts equipment from all the usual suspects. Canon, Sony, Zeiss, smallHD, Teradek, Redrock, and many others.
